Our Story

A neighborhood cafe
built on intention.

We opened Sunrise Cafe in 2019 with a simple idea: serve the kind of breakfast we wanted to eat, made with ingredients we could feel good about. No shortcuts, no frozen anything, no compromises.

Our coffee is roasted in small batches every week, right here in San Diego. Our produce comes from local farms. Our bread is baked fresh each morning. We believe the best food comes from paying attention to every detail.
